Solving problems
with tech that scales

Modern websites, applications and AI-powered workflows delivered with structured engineering and long-term maintainability in mind.

HOW WE WORK

Boring stacks. Honest scopes. Sites that outlast their first redesign.

OUR PROCESS

How we build websites that last

A clear path from first call to ongoing care — structured so decisions stay visible and nothing slips through.

  1. 1

    Discovery

We talk through your needs, goals, and constraints so the technical approach fits the budget and the timeline.

  2. 2

    Scope & proposal

A short written proposal: what's in, what's out, deliverables, timeline, and price — so nothing is left vague.

  3. 50% deposit

Half the project cost upfront, before design and build start.

  4. 3

    Design & build

Pages, interactions, and integrations come together iteratively, with the structure planned for future growth.

  5. 4

    Review

You check the work in context. We make sure we're going in the right direction before launch.

  6. 5

    QA & pre-launch

Cross-browser checks, performance, accessibility, and SEO basics — verified, not assumed.

  7. 6

    Launch & handoff

The site goes live. You get onboarding materials, account access, and full ownership transferred to you.

  8. Analytics setup

Optional but recommended — at minimum Vercel Analytics. PostHog, GA4, or Ahrefs added as needed.

  9. Final 50%

Remaining payment after launch and handoff.

  10. Ongoing care

Optional — updates, monitoring, content changes, and improvements after launch, when you want them.

Got Questions?

Everything you need to know before reaching out.

See all questions
How does the process work?+
We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and constraints. From there we move into design (Figma), get your sign-off, then development and testing. You have visibility and input at every stage. Most projects follow: Discovery → Design → Development → QA → Launch.
How long does a project take?+
A Single Page site typically takes 2–3 weeks. A Multi-Page site runs 4–8 weeks depending on content complexity. Web Applications are scoped individually. Timelines are agreed upfront and we stick to them.
How is pricing structured?+
We currently offer founding client pricing for the first projects in each category: Single Page from $150, Multi-Page Site from $400, and Web Application from $1,250. Web applications are scoped individually after a technical discovery call, so the final scope and investment are confirmed before we begin.
How many revisions are included?+
Each project includes two rounds of design revisions before development begins, plus one round of refinements after the initial build. This covers the vast majority of changes. Additional revision rounds can be added if needed.
What technology do you use?+
We build on Next.js and React for the frontend, Tailwind CSS for styling, and headless CMS (Keystatic) for content management. We design in Figma and deliver production-ready, well-structured code — not a page builder export.
Who owns the code and design after launch?+
You do. Full ownership of all code and design assets transfers to you upon final payment. There are no ongoing licensing fees or lock-in to our tooling.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?+
Yes. We offer a monthly retainer for maintenance, content updates, and new feature development. Details are agreed after the initial project wraps up, and there's no obligation to continue.
