Infrastructure
AWS
AWS (Amazon Web Services) is the largest public cloud provider — hundreds of services spanning virtual machines (EC2), object storage (S3), databases (RDS, DynamoDB), queues (SQS), serverless (Lambda), and networking (CloudFront, Route 53).
AWS is the industry default when you have unusual requirements — scale, compliance, geography. The price is complexity: configuration, IAM, billing, and operations are their own discipline.
