Clear pricing. Honest scope. No surprises.
How we charge, what's included, and what happens after launch — laid out so you can decide before we even talk.
Simple terms, written down
We start every project with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Payment is split in half, and anything outside the original scope is agreed in writing before we touch it.
50% upfront, 50% on delivery
We invoice half before we start work to lock the schedule, and the second half once the project goes live and you have signed off.
Scope changes are scoped separately
If you would like something added mid-project, we estimate it, agree the cost in writing, and add it as a small change order — never a surprise on the final bill.
Fixed price, not hourly
You don't get billed for time spent — the agreed price covers the agreed scope. If the project grows, we re-scope and re-quote before we touch it.
Three project shapes we work with
Most engagements fall into one of these three. Pricing starts from the figures below; the final number is confirmed after a free consultation where we understand your needs.

We don't disappear when the project ships
Optional ongoing care for sites that need to stay live, fast, and trustworthy. Billed monthly, cancellable anytime.
Hosting & infrastructure
We can host and operate the site for you on Vercel or your own infrastructure — including SSL, domains, and backups.
Uptime monitoring
Continuous availability checks with alerts straight to us, so issues are spotted and fixed before your users notice.
Monthly uptime report
At the end of every month you get a short readable report — uptime, key metrics, any incidents, and what we did about them.
Analytics setup & insights
We configure PostHog, GA, or Vercel Analytics, build the dashboards you actually need, and review them with you.
A/B testing & experimentation
We design, ship, and read A/B tests on your live site so product decisions are based on evidence, not opinions.
Updates, fixes & iteration
New section, copy update, bug fix, or a fresh experiment? We can do that on a retainer or as small change orders.
Maintenance package
Pick the items above you need looked after every month. We bundle them into a single retainer with a fixed monthly price — so you always know what you're paying for.
Scope-dependent. The starting price covers things like content updates, keeping the site’s software up to date, enabling new integrations, and uptime monitoring. Bigger sites or more active retainers are quoted after a quick scoping call.
We can pick up where someone else left off
Inherited a half-built project, or have a site that needs a fix, a faster page, or a quick experiment? Book a free consultation and we will tell you honestly whether we can help, what we would do, and what it would cost.
